Incorporation: Owing in large part to the expert legal counsel of our partners at Dechert LLP, we are thrilled to announce that Collective Climb has formally incorporated as a Delaware Charitable Non-Stock Corporation and recently filed for 501(c)3 designation! With our steady foundations set as a legal entity, we now look to continue scaffolding onto the architecture of Collective Climb. This means, we have codified our governing documents and established our administrative structure. This means, we are in the process of exploring our vast network of thought leaders and mentors to assemble a Board of capable stewards for our burgeoning organization. And finally, this means we are developing our internal infrastructure to conduct a retroactively tax-exempt capital campaign for our five-year operating budget (more on this soon!).
